    Picking up guests
    The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the central hotels in Cat Ba and transfer you to Beo Wharf for check-in before boarding the cruise.
    Board the cruise and set sail
    Board the cruise and enjoy a welcome tea while exploring Cai Beo Fishing Village, one of the oldest villages in the area, with a history of over 7,000 years. Then, continue to Cu Rua Island and Tai Keo Cave, some of the most scenic spots in Lan Ha Bay.
    Participate in activities on the cruise
    The captain will choose the best anchorage spot for the group to experience the cruise's 5-star amenities: check-in, kayaking, swimming, enjoying the thrilling water slide, the netted swimming pool, and the children's ball pit.

    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
    Cancellation before 4 the date of use, the penalty is 0 % of the purchase price.
    Cancellation before 3 the date of use, the penalty is 50 % of the purchase price.
    Cancellation before 2 the date of use, the penalty is 100 % of the purchase price.
    In case of cancellation, a cancellation processing fee will be charged in addition to the seller's penalty.
    The seller may cancel the reservation in the following case
  • 100% refund will be issued for deposits or full payments made by guests in case of natural disasters, storms, or official port closure notices from the authorities.
  • If the company cannot operate the tour as scheduled, it must notify the customer and partners as soon as possible. In this case, the customer has two options:
  • 1. Full refund of all payments made, within 3 days from the date of notice, via cash or bank transfer.
  • 2. Switch to an alternative tour (if available).
